My one-time referral fee for this project is £18,000.

Partnership Opportunities with Licensed Payment Institutions

We maintain relationships with multiple Authorised Payment Institutions (APIs) and Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs) seeking qualified partners. These institutions want to expand their business through partnerships—provided partners meet their commercial and compliance standards.

Key Differences:

Volume and risk profile ultimately determine partnership terms.

Two Partnership Models:

1. Agency Model: Operate under the principal's license as a registered agent. You keep your brand and manage customer relationships directly.

2. White-Label Model: White-label services are dependent and limited in scope as offered by the principal license holder.

In addition to our referral fee, the following charges are applicable:

There is a wide range a flexibility available depending on the risk profile of the proposed business and volume.

As a result, transaction fees and FX differences will come down to individual negotiations.

However, we have a client that gives a fixed fee to its end customer published on their site and will share it with the white labelled partner on a 75%/25% arrangement (larger share going to the EMIA/API where they said 50% is just to cover their costs).

We have a few other EMI arrangements but those are more on a case-by-case basis.
