Referral Fee Structure

My one-time referral fee for this project is USD 15,000.

The payment terms are as follows:

• USD 5,000 is payable upon signing of the Referral Agreement.
  • Of this amount, 50% (USD 2,500) is refundable only if I am unable to introduce a successful solution provider within the agreed scope.
• The remaining USD 10,000 becomes due and payable upon execution of a Master Services Agreement (MSA) between you and the referred Solution Provider.
